DISCLAIMER:

An herbal practitioner cannot diagnose, treat or cure disease. Herbs should not be used in the place of traditional medical care, used with pharmaceutical medicine, or taken during pregnancy. If any reaction to herbs occurs that is of concern to you, contact your trained herbal practitioner or doctor. If you have ANY questions, please contact us before ordering so we can guide you.

 RETURNS:
 
If you are dissatisfied with a product, please return it within 2 weeks of purchase and we will give you store credit. Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will only give refunds if an error was committed on our part. Orders are processed with 24 hours usually, so if you discover an error on your part before you get the e-mail letting you know your order has shipped, please e-mail us immediately and we will manually change your order. Once orders ship, this return policy will be in effect - NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
SHIPPING:
 
Minimum Shipping is included in your total. To be fair to our customers, we pack and weigh your order and will then charge you for the total shipping. However, it will be a minimum of $6 for US, $20 for Europe and Canada, and $25.00 for Asia and Australia.
Due to Federal Regulations, tinctures may NOT be returned.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS NOTE
 
We are unable to accept returns for merchandise from our international
customers, except under two circumstances.
- If it was a result of our clerical error. In this instance we will credit your
shipping and remedy the problem immediately.
- If you order accidentally and have good cause to return the merchandise we can
do so, but we will be unable to credit you for the shipping charges that
incurred in processing your package.

DUTIES AND TAXATION

All Goode Gifts, LLC is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated
import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

ORDERS HELD UP AT YOUR BORDER AND DISPOSAL ISSUES
 
While we try our best to deliver your order as described in the order
confirmation e mail sent to you, we are unable to guarantee that the parcel will
reach you in the exact time frame stated.

Any country/nation, at anytime, can hold your order for reasons that they may
suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine,
or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials.
These held up orders are not the responsibility of All Goode Gifts, LLC and can only
be resolved by you and your local postal authorities.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event that your country's inspection agency quarantines,
disposes or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country,
this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer and, All Goode Gifts, LLC will
not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into their respective country and what is not.
