This is a fun workshop for women only! We will go through the Seven Step Skin Care Program. Karen Mallinger of All Goode Gifts, LLC will discuss the best herbs for each skin type as well as facial massage techniques. All products demonstrated will be available for sale at a reduced cost for seminar participants only. Come and spend a night out with the girls and learn to care for your very best asset - your skin!

A Hair Raising Experience - 1 Hour - $25

Is your hair your crowning glory, or something you'd rather hide under a hat? Come and hear Karen Mallinger of all Goode Gifts, LLC discuss and demonstrate all natural herbal treatments for hair and scalp. Karen will discuss hair health, dandruff, thinning hair and baldness as well as lifestyle changes and dietary considerations to help make that mop the envy of all you meet!

Positive Pressure - 2 Hours - $25

This is a "hands on" workshop where Karen Mallinger of All Goode Gifts, LLC will demonstrate basic acupressure points for common complaints such as headaches, carpel tunnel, sinus problems and immune system boosting. We'll end with a 5 minute wellness exercise you can do daily to maintain wellness and relieve stress.

A Holy Sisterhood - 1 Hour - $25

It's no secret that women have a special bond. Through the ages, women have gathered together to minister to each other and strengthen that mystical bond. This is another workshop for women only, taught by Karen Mallinger of All Goode Gifts, LLC. We will deal with women's wellness in the three phases of womanhood - childbearing years, menopause and post-menopausal years. Breast health, nutrition and herbs especially for women will be covered.

OOOO That Smell! - 1 Hour - $25

This is an introductory seminar on aromatherapy. Karen Mallinger of All Goode Gifts, LLC will discuss the basics of aromatherapy and the incredible power of scent in our lives. We'll learn about blends to calm, blends to stimulate, blends to aid in mental clarity and concentration and even some special blends to share with that special someone.

Fees are negotiable depending on class size and subject. Travel costs are expected. Lodging with local herbal enthusiasts is acceptable. All other accommodations shall be reimbursed.

Personal Consultations

Personal phone consultations are available by appointment only. A 5 page health survey is sent via e-mail, then returned to me. After a review, I will schedule your appointment. The initial appointment is approximately an hour, but many times lasts up to 30 minutes longer. The Fee for this consult is $75.00 and is payable by credit card or money order in advance. I will not send the health survey until I receive payment. Subsequent or follow-up consults are $35 and last between 30 and 45 minutes. They are also payable in advance.
