I mix these for you loose in an attractive tins, Small - 1 1/4 cups, Medium - 2 1/2 cups, or in the one pound bag - 5 cups. All teas are made with natural, organically grown herbs. If you are partial to sweet tea, I can add a little stevia to the blend. Helps get the good tea into "the little ones". Just add a comment in the shopping cart to "add stevia".
