These fabulous masques come packed with their own set of nutrient rich properties that are designed to be enhanced by your choice of liquid used to activate the masque.
The masques can be used 2 parts powder to 1 part any liquid suitable for hydrating the masque. A thinner masque can be made by adding more liquid and a thicker masque can be created with less liquid. These masques are designed for immediate use after hydration. The liquid you use is only limited by your imagination (within safe guidelines). Try hydrating your masque with yogurt, soy milk, goat milk, rice milk, any of our wonderful hydrosols or distillate water, most fruit or vegetable juices, vinegar, water with sea salt or any liquid that is beneficial to the skin. The possibilities are endless!
We offer these in four colors depending on skin type:
Violet - Our alpha hydroxy blend for Mature or Dry Skin. Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure
while using this product and for a week afterwards.
Yellow - For sensitive or irritated skin. Also a great choice for those suffering from acne. Contains Turmeric and allantoin to help reduce inflammation.
Red - An anti-oxidant blend for all skin types. Topical application of Niacinamide (B3) has been shown to increase Ceramide and free fatty acid levels in skin and to prevent skin from losing water content. It will decrease itching, inflammation, help acne affected skin, decrease oiliness, alleviate atopic dermatitis, decrease UV-induced skin cancers and help decrease facial pigmentation.
Orange - Beet Powder, Turmeric Powder, Vitamins B and C this masque is well rounded and mild for all skin types.
